Pike angling guide Chris Scally of Fish Tales had his hands full at the weekend with a couple of members from the Irish Outgoing Pikers, Wally Geoghan and son Alex. It was a day of craic and laughs from the start, and the lads had to keep their spirits up, as they were faced with some pretty lousy weather. Luckily, the pike were obliging enough during the day, and while no monsters were landed, they did boat nine pike, including a 98cm fish which beat Alex’s PB.
