September has started off with high water levels, but anglers are still managing to land a few sea trout and salmon considering the conditions.
1 September
Peter Kavanagh landed a 6lbs salmon in the Coronation pool on beat 8 on a cascade tube.
2 September
Vincent Hotton landed a 4lbs and a 5lbs salmon on beat 4 and John Wilding landed a 6lbs salmon on beat 4. Joe Pilkington landed a 5 ½ lbs salmon on beat 3 School house on a cascade. Luke Drea landed 2 sea trout and 4lbs and 5 lbs salmon in the Black banks on beat 6 and a 8 ½ lbs and 4 ½ lbs salmon on beat 7 White rock run on a Pahtakorva.
3 September
Colin Lynam landed 2 sea trout around ¾ lbs on beat 3 School house on a black shrimp.
4 September
Guy Mcfurlane landed a ¾ lbs sea trout on beat 9 Middle Garden pool on a Willie Gunn.
5 September
Brian Millar landed a sea trout and 3lbs and a 8 lbs salmon in the Middle Garden pool on a silver rat. Michael Taylor landed a 5lbs salmon on beat 4 Kings pool on a Bann special and David Robinson landed a 5 lbs salmon on beat 3 Tawnyard potholes. Mark Helmore landed a 5 lbs salmon on beat 5 and a 8lbs salmon in Poleen on beat 4.
