Stephen Murphy reports for the Kanturk and District Trout Anglers

On Sunday we held our youth fun day out. We had a nice early rise as we headed back to the hills of Kerry to Cloon Lough. We had a great turn out of young anglers who had some great sport on the day under though conditions.

We want to say a massive thank you to our resident master chef Martin Sheill for keeping up with the tradition of being the best fed anglers around. He kept the hunger away by having a great BBQ.

Also a massive thank you to all the parents and coaches that we had helping out. Without your support we would not be able to run these events for our great young anglers that we have in our club.

Go fishing…
