The weekend began with Derry’s Shaun McIntyre who did very well using wets which banked him a dozen trout. Alan Temple also from Derry used black and orange buzzers to catch and release six trout. Donncha Steele (Buncrana) bagged two which weighed 4lb 8ozs. His father Chris banked two while John Steele (Larne) released three which took wee hare’s ears. Dungiven’s Gavin Moore spent a couple of hours tempting trout and enjoying the sunshine.
