Ballyduff Salmon Fishery Charity Day in aid of The Children’s Medical & Research Foundation at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital,Crumlin will take place this year on Saturday 5th.July from 9am to 4pm.
There will be distance casting for boys and girls up to 14 years and 14 years to 18 years, all participants using the same Single or Double handed Scott Mackenzie rods.
Already and due to numerous requests a further category has been added for over 18 years.
Free tuition will be available before the competitions for anyone wishing to avail of same.
Also there will be precision casting into hoops and Fly Casting demonstrations

Salmon and Trout fly tying demonstrations will again be part of the day.
For those just wishing to fish there will be three miles of water available and anglers will be directed to the locations as last year.
Barbeque food and light refreshments will also be available.
Tickets can be purchased on the day for prizes of 8 single Rod Days of Fly Fishing or Spinning.
