Great fishing at Oakland Lake Fishery this weekend with the start of the Junior League on Saturday.
Adrian Browne tells us all the anglers involved enjoyed excellent sport and some fine fish caught.
Results:
Top Section was won by Thomas Quinlan with a weight of 80lbs and 2nd place went to Enda Minogue.
In the Intermediate section, Nickey Croarkrin came first followed closely by John Browne.
The Novice section was won by Brian O’Donahue and Jason Kelly from Carlow came second.
We are reminded of another great day with the Dunbrody Festival taking place on July 4th. An event not to be missed !!
