We’re having great fishing lately. Anglers from Holland, Germany and England fishing with Wicklow Boat Charters have had two Specimen tope in last two days.
The second was a 47lb fish on Wednesday 22 July. The previous day was the best, a 49lb tope for Martin Corr of the Borough Sea Angling Club.
There has been plenty of action of the other anglers on board with many smoothhounds, huss to 14lb and other species also.
