This is regarded as the best coarse fishery in the Corofin district. It is located 2 kms from the scenic village of Corofin and is beside the main Corofin/Ennis road. This 70 acre lake holds very good stocks of all the main species of coarse fish except Roach. It is a rich limestone water and consequently has the capacity to produce quality fish.
