28 anglers turned out for the latest match in the Float Only Winter League in mild and calm conditions. The match was fished on the Ballyconnell Canal at No1 & No2 Locks with a section on the harbour at Lough Garadice. Although the weights were low plenty of small fish were again caught.
The Canal section at No1 Lock dominated the results this week with Brenton Sweeney (Cootehill) winning the Match on peg C3 fishing the Pole for 3.530Kgs.
Runner up Simon Huthwaite (Enniskillen) on No2 Lock peg 1 with 3.180Kgs, while Nick Howell (Kilskeery) was third with 3.140Kgs on No 1 Lock.
Other section winners were Lyndon Read (Lisnaskea) 2.250Kgs on the Harbour at No1 Lock, Colin Foster (Co Cavan) 1.790Kgs on No 2 Lock and Jack Tisdall (Ballinamallard) 0.990Kgs at Garadice Harbour.
Neil Mazurek (Cootehill) remains on top of the league with 32 points.
