Tubertini Team Ireland got its first ever Team Silverware winning the Celtic Cup for the first time at Inniscarra Lake last
weekend.
This was a fantastic event with brilliant fishing and well done to everyone involved.
After 4 days practice the Irish team were well up for the challenge that was before them with the Welsh and Scottish both fielding very strong world championship’s teams.
Saturday evening the 4th of August saw the Irish team in first place with the Welsh close behind followed by Scotland .
On Sunday things started to heat up with Scotland putting in a late charge but with good performances from the Irish team they held on to first place.
