Tubertini Team Ireland got its first ever Team Silverware winning the Celtic Cup for the first time at Inniscarra Lake last
weekend.
This was a fantastic event with brilliant fishing and well done to everyone involved.
After 4 days practice the Irish team were well up for the challenge that was before them with the Welsh andย Scottish both fielding very strong world championship’s teams.
Saturday evening ย the 4th of August saw the Irish team in first place with the Welsh close behind followedย by Scotland .
On Sunday things started to heat up with Scotland putting in a late charge but with good performances from the Irish team they held on to first place.
