Basil Shields of Ardnasillagh Lodge (091-552550) reports of a quieter week gone by on Corrib but some anglers did have reasonable angling activity on a mixture of wet and dry mayfly; Colin Wright from Belfast had 12 fish for 6 days on mayfly with the best being 3Lbs 9oz, Mickey Smyth from Belfast had 7 fish for 2 days on mayfly with the best being 2.5lbs and Frank Guy with friend Mark for their day on Corrib had 4 fish on mayfly with the best being 3Lbs.
