The Irish Federation of Pike Angling Clubs held their fourth qualifier last weekend on lakes in Clare over the weekend. As with most of the country, fishing was tough due to the sudden increase in water levels. Having said that, there was a superb 23lber landed by Pavel Skuza, enough to help him tie first place with Kevin Foley.
Results were as follows:
- Jt 1st Kevin Foley 23lb 7oz, 8 fish.
- Jt 1st Pavel Skuza 23lb 7oz. 1 fish.
- 3rd Luke Kearns 20lb 8oz, 6 fish.
- 4th David Quinlivan, 19lb 4oz, 9 fish.
- 5th Eddie McGuirk, 17lb 13oz, 2 fish.
