On Saturday 13th September the Kieran Lynn Perpetual Cup was competitively fished for on Lough Conn. Forty-three anglers aboard twenty-two boats set out for a 10 am start, returning by 6 pm with a total catch of fifteen trout to the 13-inch competition limit. The winner for this year was Patrick Kelly from Cloghans with the heaviest trout, and Padraig Traynor from Crossmolina in second place with the heaviest bag.
